The local governments do an excellent job of maintaining the beautiful beaches of the North Shore, and the parks are the "best funded in the Chicago area." The Botanical Gardens and other natural parks also add to the desirability of this in demand region.

With these offerings, North Shore Chicago real estate is likely to remain strong and stable.
